Change your Rayn Plan
If you already have a Rayn workspace, you can change which plan your workspace is on and adjust your billing preferences by navigating to Settings > Billing.
Billing Cycles
On the monthly plan, your billing cycle starts the day after your trial ends. You’re billed at the end of each calendar month while you’re on this plan.
On the Rayn annual plan, you’re billed at the end of your trial for the amount of an entire year of service including a specific number of DTUs. Annual plan subscribers are billed for DTU overages at the end of each monthly cycle.
Payment Methods
Rayn supports payment via invoice or credit card. It is possible to switch payment methods on the billing page.
Go to Settings > Billing > Billing Information > Update Information.
