The email address you use when you sign up for Rayn is your account email address. Rayn will send all alerts about activity on your account, and any email newsletters you’ve subscribed to, to this email address.
Your account email address is also how Rayn verifies account ownership, so it should be kept up-to-date to ensure account access.
Update or change your Rayn account email address
Go to your Profile page.
In the My Details tab click Edit.
You can now edit the fields in your details. In the Email field, Enter your new email address.
Click Save.
A confirmation email will be sent to this new email address.
Note
You must be logged in to your account with your current Rayn login, before confirming your email address, otherwise, a separate account may be created.
Your email address will not change until you click the link in the confirmation email.
Ensure you are logged in to your current Rayn Console account, then click the Verify link in the email to confirm the email address change.
You’ll be redirected to the Rayn login page. When prompted, log in using your new email address. Your new email address is now in effect 🎉
